Fat loss expert Tom Venuto exposed his #1 nutrition, workout, and mindset tips for burning fat in a recent interview that we did together. After hanging up the phone with Tom I was instantly inspired to take immediate action on all three of his powerful tips that will help you get super lean. This is a must listen to interview…

Lean, Green, and Marine is a mantra that I learned from Tom when it comes to his #1 diet tip. It’s totally stuck in my head and influences how I now shop for food and what I choose when I open the fridge. These nutrition tips are absolutely golden.

You’ll also learn what Tom’s favorite fat burning workout is. His answer was so brilliantly crafted that I guarantee it will change your approach to exercise.

You’re also going to learn the difference in mindset that Tom has during the 12 weeks of preparing to get super lean compared to the remainder of the year when he’s just ‘lean’.

His advice on mindset sparked my excitement to hang up the phone and immediately book a photo shoot for Angie and I. Because of his advice I’ve never been so psyched up about my fat loss goals ever before. This is at an entirely new level.

When you are done listening to this incredible fat loss interview I want to hear your feedback.

What were the points that really resonated with you?

What changes are you going to make to your diet, exercise, and mental approach as a result of this interview?

You can learn more about Tom Venuto by visiting www.BurnOffTheFat.com

Enjoy the mp3 and have an absolutely amazing day!

Increase Your Motivation To Burn Fat By Scheduling A Photo Shoot

February 10th, 2008
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Mindset · Fat Loss Motivation

My motivation to achieve completely ripped and chiseled abs has skyrocketed beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced before. You may have read a previous post that Angie did, “Make An Appointment For A Photo Shoot!” This is where my deep down, fire in my gut, goal driven desire has come from. The photo shoot is the trigger that’s putting me on the path of fulfilling my destiny. More on that in a minute…

I had heard a few fat loss experts mention how powerful it can be to schedule a photo shoot, but I guess that I brushed it off. Well not this time. Angie and I booked a photo shoot for April 2nd, 2008. We’re doing this together.

I set my goal of achieving 5% body fat. Currently I am 10% body fat as shown in the picture below.
The Fit Bastard

I’m big into setting goals and all the components that go with mindset and I can honestly say that I have never been this psyched about my fat loss goals in all my life.

But it’s not just about the deadline and the accountability. There’s a lot of emotion and powerful reasons behind this photo shoot.

First and foremost Angie and I are role models for our children. We want them to see those pictures of us and say “WOW!”

Second we are role models to many other people. We are your average family but we take our health seriously. We have busy schedules and the typical stresses like everyone else and we want to prove that if we can do it so can you.

Plus we want to demonstrate the power of spousal support.

We are on a mission to reverse the obesity trend by 2015 and help 100,000 people create the vibrant healthy bodies that they deserve, and I am certain that our journey will spark the inspiration to get this movement going.

This is where my destiny comes in and I’m constantly planning it out. It all starts now. By December 31st 2008 it’s my goal to help 1,000 people completely transform their body and health.

This is where you come in. Because you will be one of those 1,000 people who create the body and health that you deserve, you will now be a member of the healthy high achievers behind me. And because of your efforts, success, and becoming a role model yourself, we will then increase in numbers up to 10,000 people who have successfully transformed their body and health by December 31st 2009.

By 2010 the efforts of myself and the 10,000 of you who stood up for yourself and claimed the lives that you deserve our numbers will grow to 100,000 vibrant, lean, and confident individuals who are make up this incredible group that will impact the world and reverse the obesity trend by 2015.

I hope that you’re with me on this. I can really use your help. That’s why I’m recommending that you book a photo shoot for yourself or even team up with a partner as Angie and I have.

Even if you aren’t going to be competing on stage, and even if your goal isn’t 5% body fat. I highly recommend that you schedule a photo shoot and capture the image of your vision of your own perfect body. This could be the motivation that triggers your destiny just as it has for me.

Pay the photographer in advance and prepare to look your absolute best.

Go for it!

Top 10 Challenging Leg Exercises

February 6th, 2008
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Workouts

If you want to take your leg training to the next level you must incorporate these top 10 leg exercises into your workout program. Common mistakes the men make in the gym are 1) not training their legs at all, and 2) not incorporating enough variety into their leg training.

Top 10 Best Leg Exercises

  • Front Squat
  • Dead Lift
  • Split Squat
  • Reverse Lunge
  • Step Ups
  • 1 Leg Bench Squat
  • 1 Leg Stability Ball Leg Curl
  • Bulgarian Lunge
  • Deep-Partial Squat
  • 1 Leg Ball Squat Against The Wall

I’m sure some of these exercises are not familiar for many of you, so Angie and I put together a quick video to demonstrate each exercise.

As you can see, we performed each of the top 10 leg exercises from the comfort of our own home with very limited space and very limited amount of equipment.

Just like The Fit Bastard Express Home Workouts If you have an 8×8 space with some dumbbells and a stability ball, you can get a phenomenal workout in that will sculpt your body.

The above exercises are challenging, but I am certain that you can work your way up to them. For many of the 1 legged exercise you can begin by using both legs.

It’s time to take your fat loss journey to the next level. I know you’re ready!

Have an absolutely amazing day!

Scott Tousignant
