Fat Loss Photo Shoot Results Are In

A couple months ago I mentioned that Angie and I booked a photo shoot for April 2nd to hold ourselves accountable to our fat loss goals and to provide extra motivation to get in the best shape of our lives. We actually did our photo shoot on Friday which was 5 days ahead of schedule and the results are in and the pictures can be found below. You may be wondering how I achieved 6% body fat and how Angie achieved 14% body fat. Well I can’t wait to share our journey with you.

In today’s edition of the Average Joe Bodybuilding Podcast Jeff Anderson provides 5 absolutely amazing variations on how you can do a pull-up and continue to improve upon this incredible fat burning exercise. If you are not incorporating pull-ups into your workout routine you are really missing out.

I am busting at the seems to try these exercises with my clients. I guarantee that you will learn something new from this podcast. Since the call that I did with Jeff last week I’ve had a lot of men and women writing to me in agreement that they can lift a fair amount of weight on the Lat Pulldown machine, yet they can’t do a single pull-up.

Many of you wrote to me bound and determined and set a specific goal of achieving a single pull-up. This excited me because I could feel your burning desire to accomplish this goal. The problem was that you didn’t have an action plan to get yourself from where you are now to being able to do an unassisted pull-up.

Fat Loss In The Bedroom

In a recent blog post “Sex and Fat Loss” I mentioned that my relationship with Angie along with our sex life has really improved since we’ve been getting in great shape for our upcoming photo shoot and how I can’t keep my hands off of her. Sex And Fat Loss

I’ve always been very attracted to my wife Angie from the moment we met. She’s always been in pretty good shape even after having 2 kids and one of them being a c-section.
