Increase Your Motivation To Burn Fat By Scheduling A Photo Shoot

February 10th, 2008
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Mindset · Fat Loss Motivation

My motivation to achieve completely ripped and chiseled abs has skyrocketed beyond anything that I’ve ever experienced before. You may have read a previous post that Angie did, “Make An Appointment For A Photo Shoot!” This is where my deep down, fire in my gut, goal driven desire has come from. The photo shoot is the trigger that’s putting me on the path of fulfilling my destiny. More on that in a minute…

I had heard a few fat loss experts mention how powerful it can be to schedule a photo shoot, but I guess that I brushed it off. Well not this time. Angie and I booked a photo shoot for April 2nd, 2008. We’re doing this together.

I set my goal of achieving 5% body fat. Currently I am 10% body fat as shown in the picture below.
The Fit Bastard

I’m big into setting goals and all the components that go with mindset and I can honestly say that I have never been this psyched about my fat loss goals in all my life.

But it’s not just about the deadline and the accountability. There’s a lot of emotion and powerful reasons behind this photo shoot.

First and foremost Angie and I are role models for our children. We want them to see those pictures of us and say “WOW!”

Second we are role models to many other people. We are your average family but we take our health seriously. We have busy schedules and the typical stresses like everyone else and we want to prove that if we can do it so can you.

Plus we want to demonstrate the power of spousal support.

We are on a mission to reverse the obesity trend by 2015 and help 100,000 people create the vibrant healthy bodies that they deserve, and I am certain that our journey will spark the inspiration to get this movement going.

This is where my destiny comes in and I’m constantly planning it out. It all starts now. By December 31st 2008 it’s my goal to help 1,000 people completely transform their body and health.

This is where you come in. Because you will be one of those 1,000 people who create the body and health that you deserve, you will now be a member of the healthy high achievers behind me. And because of your efforts, success, and becoming a role model yourself, we will then increase in numbers up to 10,000 people who have successfully transformed their body and health by December 31st 2009.

By 2010 the efforts of myself and the 10,000 of you who stood up for yourself and claimed the lives that you deserve our numbers will grow to 100,000 vibrant, lean, and confident individuals who are make up this incredible group that will impact the world and reverse the obesity trend by 2015.

I hope that you’re with me on this. I can really use your help. That’s why I’m recommending that you book a photo shoot for yourself or even team up with a partner as Angie and I have.

Even if you aren’t going to be competing on stage, and even if your goal isn’t 5% body fat. I highly recommend that you schedule a photo shoot and capture the image of your vision of your own perfect body. This could be the motivation that triggers your destiny just as it has for me.

Pay the photographer in advance and prepare to look your absolute best.

Go for it!

Sale-In Memory Of Sammi

November 30th, 2007
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Mindset · Fat Loss Workouts

I’m trying to pull some positive out of todays experience of having to put our cat Sammi to sleep. His life was cut short before he even made it to his 3rd birthday. He truly was our 3rd child. He was more human than cat and he touched our lives deeply. It is my wish to touch lives as deeply as Sammi has ours. To pay tribute to Sammi, I’ve created a short video of some of his outrageous cat tricks, and to pull some positive out of today’s experience I’m going to hold a “In Memory Of Sammi Sale”. I’m reducing each of my three products prices to $27 Until December 3rd at 12pm EST.

In the short clip below you will see Sammi the cat play fetch with a mouse, leap up in the air for a mouse, spin in circles after a laser light, and many other adorable things. Thank you for taking the time in sharing some very special moments that are very near and dear to the hearts of my family…

I have never held a sale for my products and I’m pretty sure that I never will again. I’m very emotional at the moment and just feel like doing something to take my mind off of the pain and loss that I’m feeling at the moment.
Unstoppable Fat Loss Sale

Visit the links below to get any of my products for $27 each…

Unstoppable Fat Loss

The Fit Chic

The Fit Bastard
www.TheFitBastard.com/sammi

The sales buttons still say $47, but the price that you will pay is $27.

I was going to be making a special announcement next week, but now feels like the time to share some exciting news with you.

I’ve been busy revising my products. I’ve added a full extra year of workouts to The Fit Chic program that take 10 minutes or less each. They are very quick and intense and can be done in the comfort of your home.

I am just about done doing the exact same thing to The Fit Bastard program. As well I am in the process of creating a great take action book for all the Unstoppable Fat Loss audios to help people make the most out of the experience.

I’ve also created support communities for each of these products. So now all of you can share your experiences on the program, support each other, celebrate successes together and more.

Plus I’ve uploaded videos of many of the workouts in The Fit Chic community and will be adding more, as well as doing the same for The Fit Bastard. Unstoppable Fat Loss also has videos included in the community and I will be adding other great bonuses in there too.

And the last bonus for purchasing my products is the option to have me create a personal blog for you to document your journey to fat loss success and hold yourself accountable along the way. Plus you will be able to receive support on your blog from people outside of the individual support communities.

I will be monitoring all of these to ensure that you succeed on my programs. I’m willing to go above and beyond in order to make your experience with my programs the absolute best that they could possibly be.

I just want you to know that I’m here for you every step of the way.

But enough about the salesy type stuff. I would like to share a few more photos of our amazing cat that touched our family so deep.

This is a picture of Noelle and Sammi. These two were inseparable. Best buds. Sammi was such a big part of Noelle’s life and always will be. They shared many laughs daily and he was so darn patient with her.
The Fit Chic Sale

This is a great shot of Shayne and Sammi. Shayne was always asking us to take his picture with Sammi. Shayne always got a kick out of seeing Sammi do wild and crazy tricks.
Unstoppable Fat Loss Sale

Last but not least, this was Sammi dressed as a clown on Halloween. Did I mention how patient he was. If only you could see all the pictures that we have of Noelle playing dress up with him.
Fit Bastard Sale

Sammi you are in our hearts forever. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

And thank you for allowing me to share this moment with YOU.

Cherish each and every moment that you have on this planet and cherish those around you.

Have an absolutely amazing day!

Being Fat Is Healthy

November 7th, 2007
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Mindset · Fat Loss Motivation · Fat Loss Nutrition · Fat Loss Workouts

Living with 20 to 25 pounds of excess weight is good for your health and prevents disease is what the media is reporting in regards to a new study conducted by scientists from the U.S. Centers For Disease Control And Prevention which is published in this weeks Journal Of The American Medical Association. I guess as a personal trainer I should change my approach and bring my clients to the local donut shop and fast food joint instead of forcing them to workout and eat healthy foods. Last week I did a blog post about how carrying excess fat increases your risk of cancer. Are you confused yet??? Could you truly be healthier with 25 extra pounds on your body?
The Fit Bastard
Are you frickin kidding me? Who in their right mind would publish this crap? What were the intentions of these people conducting this study? Do they truly have your best interests at heart or are they just trying to create controversy because they know they will get serious media attention. Or maybe they have shares in the drug companies who make the pills that you need to be on because of your weight problems.

There’s a serious problem that mass media is inflicting on our health and society. They see this controversial study and they know if they publish an article on it, and even twist the truth a bit, throw in a catchy headline, people will purchase their publication because they want to be able to justify that their weight problem is not really a problem. I know 4 people who don’t typically by the local newspaper, and they bought it today because that headline on the front page caught their attention.

As soon as I walked into a personal training clients house this morning she showed me this article. And she started justifying why it was healthy for her to be overweight. She started saying how when she was skinny she always got sick and was miserable. It wasn’t being skinny that was making her sick, it was the fact that she was starving herself to be that skinny, she was eating crap and not getting the nutrients that she needs, she wasn’t active, and she was stressed.

Being skinny does not necessarily mean that you are healthy. And this client certainly couldn’t compare her health when she was skinny to the health of my wife and I with our lean and healthy bodies. First of all she may have been skinny, but her body fat percentage was high. This is what is frequently being termed as “The Skinny-Fat Person.”

Recently I’ve burned off 10 pounds of ugly unwanted fat from my body by following the Every Other Day Diet Plan and doing the fat burning workouts from The Fit Bastard Year Of Workouts. My wife Angie has been experiencing the same amazing results as I have, although she’s following the fat burning workouts from The Fit Chic Year Of Workouts which is geared to women.

We have never felt better. Obliterating that fat from our body has made an obvious difference in so many areas of our lives. But it’s not just the fat loss that is making us feel so great. It’s the fuel that we are putting into our bodies and the activities that we are doing to energize us. Our energy is absolutely through the roof.

When I had that 10 extra pounds of fat on my body I was exhausted, sluggish, self conscious, and felt very uncomfortable.

So how do scientists justify that being overweight is somehow healthy? They somehow came up with a study shows that people who are overweight have a decreased risk of dying prematurely from bronchitis, emphysema, pneumonia, tuberculosis, blood poisoning, Alzheimer, Parkinson, suicide, and falls. They go onto say that scientists haven’t actually analyzed each individual disease.

Here’s the thing. They say the exceptions to their claims are diabetes and kidney disease which just so happen to be the 2 fastest growing diseases.

Why are Diabetes and kidney disease growing rapidly…. Hmmm… maybe because our population is rapidly becoming obese?

There was one observation from the article that I read in today’s Windsor Star which was interpreted correctly. Dr. Arya Sharma, the scientific director of the Canadian Obesity Network commented “What matters more than the total amount of fat, is where that fat is located.” Sharma says that the problems are more related to abdominal obesity.

I’ve been writing articles about this for years. Even more important than abdominal obesity is whether the fat is stored just under the surface of the skin or beneath the abdominal muscles and around your organs. The later is much more dangerous and is obvious in men who have the big tight ‘beer guts’ that make them look pregnant. Men who are flabby have a reduced risk compared to the other group.

Here’s a problem that I have with one of Sharma’s comments. He says, “If you’re eating a healthy diet and you’re physically active and you have no problems related to that excess weight, well then don’t worry about it.”

My problem with this is what I hear people say is a healthy diet is way off the frickin mark. What many people believe to be a physically active lifestyle is also off the mark.

Lets face it, people are not living active and they are eating like crap. The people who are overweight are overweight for a reason and in most cases it’s because they are not eating a healthy diet.

Please don’t interpret this as being judging against people who are overweight. I’m here to help you and am not trying to put you down. I’m just really upset at the doctors who are trying to justify that it’s healthy to be overweight. And these are the doctors that are pumping you full of drugs and saying that it’s going to help you.

Bu!! $hit!

This has me so fired up because I in fact do care about you and it pisses me off to see people take advantage of you and are going out of their way to confuse the heck out of you.

I have been fortunate enough to witness an incredible amount of body and health transformations. I interviewed several people who have undergone serious transformations and overcome some incredible obstacles in my audio product Unstoppable Fat Loss. How this impacts these peoples lives, words can not express. To say that they are not any better off than someone who is 20 to 25 pounds overweight and that they are actually at an increased risk of dying prematurely is gross negligence in my opinion.

I guarantee your quality and quantity of life will be greater when you maintain a lower and healthy body fat percentage, live actively, and eat natural foods. Your entire life will improve in more ways than you could ever imagine.

Our perception of what is healthy is becoming very skewed. I actually had someone ask me if I was sick this week because I had been burning body fat for the past 3 weeks. I have not looked and felt this great in years. And guess who was asking me this question? Someone who is about 80 to 100 pounds overweight.

A little while ago a couple that I workout came back from a cruise and they told me that they were actually in better shape then they thought. Why was this I asked? They said it was because they were surrounded by so many people that were carrying more fat then they were.

I had to remind them of why they started training with me. I told them that you came to me wanting to burn off 15 to 20 pounds of fat from your body because right now you are feeling sluggish, uncomfortable, and you want to become healthier. Does all this change simply because the large majority of the world is abusing their bodies. Do we conform to this lifestyle?

No way man!

I’ve even heard of little kids being teased because they were lean. Things are getting out of hand. Instead of trying to find ways to justify why being overweight, eating chocolate, and drinking alcohol are good for your health, how about we do something that we know with absolute certainty is great for your health…

Drink lots of water, eat natural foods, avoid the man made crap or at least consume it in moderation, exercise regularly while actually pushing yourself and not just going through the motions, get adequate sleep, reduce stress, and enjoy life.

The answers are simple. It may not be easy to implement at first, but when you find that driving force and reason to adopt this lifestyle you will be UNSTOPPABLE!

Life totally rocks when you begin to live like this. It’s the life that you deserve. Go after the body and life that you desire. Don’t just give into what these scientists have to say and settle for a life where you never reach your full potential.

I want that life for you. I want you to be the best that you can be. This rant has come about because I care for you and want you to experience a life full of opportunities and excitement which come from optimal health.

You know deep down that being 25 pounds overweight is not optimal health. Go for what you want and don’t let anyone hold you back. You ROCK and nothing should hold you back from your dreams.

Live your best life possible and make today an absolutely fan-frickin-tastic day!

George Bush
Alright, Alright! The jig is up. This pictures were taken from an event that I attended in San Fransisco back in September. I had the honor of participating in this incredible hour of entertainment with the best George Bush Impersonator that I’ve ever seen.

I had dinner with him later that night and I had to keep reminding myself that it really wasn’t George Bush.

So no I have not packed in my fitness training bags and traded them in to guard the President of the United States, but it was fun imagining it for a moment or two.

The 2 amazing people that you see in the picture below are my mentors Deb and J.P. Micek. The are the authors of Secrets Of Online Persuasion and the creators of the blogging software that I use www.i360blog.com

J.P. was up there guarding the President with me. We had an absolute riot. I was amazed the next day people came up to me and asked me if I saw the amazing show the the George Bush impersonator did. They had no idea it was me up there on the stage. That cracked me up.

Never did I imagine that I would be up on stage with a George Bush impersonator. You never know what may come your way. Opportunities are always knocking. You just need to be aware of them.

Magic Happens When You Apply Fat Loss Advice

October 9th, 2007
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Mindset · Fat Loss Workouts

Recently I received an email from one of my subscribers, Nan C. Loyd, who took my advice to heart and applied the fat loss information that I teach. This email was a follow up to a question that I answered for her a few months ago in regards to her ‘Bad Knees’ and how it was limiting her ability to exercise. I don’t think that she was expecting the advice that I shared, but she took action and is way better off now than she would have been if she followed her doctor’s advice. If you have sore knees that have been limiting you, I highly recommend that you keep reading and hear Nan’s experience with developing a powerful mindset…

When I asked Nan if I could share her story this is what she said:

I’m sure there are other people out there who need to know that this principle - speaking the result you want - is REAL. The thing is, if it has happened for just ONE person, it can happen for them - and here there are two stories (Shane’s and mine). I went over 8 months starting August ‘06 with continued increasing pain in my knee (I did not know at the time that the cartilage had deteriorated), spent boo-koo bucks on that Synvisc shot but until I applied the Law of Confession (which is a Biblical principle, by the way), I was looking at canes and knee surgery.

And soon I will have better “after” pictures to go with those strong knees - you know - after the weight is off! Yay me! Just think - if speaking to the knees has changed how my knees feel and act, imagine what speaking to my fat and weight can do now?? Commanding it to go and speaking the weight I want to weigh. Yep, I am going to have another “praise” report very soon.

This was Nan’s question to me earlier in the year:

Last year I had a sudden knee pain. I tried to work through it at the gym on the leg extension machine, etc., to no avail and had to quit. I finally broke down and went to the doc last week and he said, “cartilage is worn down and there is slight arthritis in knee.” He said no lunging, walking on uneven ground, jogging, pivoting, wearing heels, kneeling, etc., and no treadmill until I lose at least 30 pounds (I need to lose 90 all together).

I know I can continue weight lifting with my arms and do the crunches and ab machine - any suggestions for cardio that won’t work against my knee? I’m 54 and healthy (i.e., good heart, lungs, etc); have been going to gym (until recently) for the past 2 years. Learned to eat right and correct wrong portion sizes this past year.

Anyway, that is my question - since cardio is necessary for fat loss, what can you suggest that won’t be hard on the knee?

Thanks for your help!
Nan Loyd

After reading this question from Nan I gave her some basic guidelines as to what kind of exercise she should do with her so called ‘bad knees’. But the message that I really drove home to her was how a shift in mindset and how she thinks about her knees can have a dramatic impact on her health and well being.

I directed her to this article:

Do You Really Have Bad Knees?

This is Nan’s response and results since taking action and applying the information in my blog post:

You gave me such a fantastic answer to my question last May. You shared Shane James’ story so I began “speaking” to my knees and calling them strong, sound and that they both have new cartilage. In June, the Synvisc the doc shot into my knee was supposed to be settled and be working great. At that time, my knees began hurting instead of feeling better (not as badly, but uncomfortable enough). I was unable to sit in a chair normally with my knee bent (I had to elevate it a little). The rest of stuff the doc said (down below) I couldn’t do, I still couldn’t do.

Now it is September. I have been speaking to my knees, taking oils - coconut, flax seed and omega-3, along with glucosamine sulfate and drinking more water since your email in May. All the things below the doc said I couldn’t do, I can now do. I am able to walk on the treadmill and walk on uneven ground, pivot, WEAR HEELS. I began walking more and more. I even fell the other day while hanging clothes on the line - there was a hole in the ground I didn’t know was there. I stepped in it, turned my leg and fell. Hubby helped me up - I had no pain in my knee. Just 3 months ago, that would have sent me to the hospital with the shape my knees were in. I am now able to do the exercises you mentioned below (was just able to start a week ago, but I started).

By applying the story you told me about Shane James, I am in far, far better shape than I was last May. I just have to say THANK YOU again for sharing that story. While I am a strong proponent of speaking what you want instead of what you have, the doctor report had knocked me for a loop and I was very down. Your answer was exactly what I needed.

Now I am determined to get the rest of the weight off - and go buy that book your email just mentioned. The most important thing is that I had to say thank you again.

THANK YOU!

Nan C Loyd

Isn’t that totally awesome? Limiting beliefs are a huge factor in preventing you from achieving your dream body. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can and can not do. We look up to doctors and when they give us advice we are supposed to listen. It’s unfortunate that so many of them are giving advice that limits our abilities and instead they opt to give us drugs and shots.

I hope that you have learned from Nan’s experience as well as the article that she read. I’ve had knee surgery myself and I continued to empower myself and push through my threshold to the point where I can do this very effective leg exercise:

Great Quadriceps Building Excercise

My wife has literally no cartilage in her knees yet she can still perform this exercise as well:

Great Exercise To Build Firm Thighs

You deserve the body that you desire. Don’t let anything get in your way!

Have a totally amazing day!

Today we are going to provide you with a boatload of body transforming content consisting of the 3 crucial components of your fat loss success. First Chris and Craig are going to grill me (Scott Tousignant) on how to develop a powerful Unstoppable mindset. Then we’ll put Dr. Chris Mohr in the hot seat and feed you with the some incredible nutrition advice to help you burn fat. And last but definitely not least We’re going to get Craig Ballantyne to educate us on why interval training is so frickin effective when it comes to burning body fat and developing the body of your dreams.

You’re About To Learn How To Develop An Unstoppable Mindset… Design Fat Burning Meals… And Create The Most Effective, Time Efficient Workouts To Make Your Dream Body Become Reality!

Give us 60 minutes and we’ll reveal the most powerful, most effective, and most successful strategies to create the lean, defined body that you deserve, and skyrocket your fat loss results!

Here’s some of the questions that Craig and Chris asked me:

I will do the intro and then we’ll start off with you guys
asking me some mindset questions…

1) Many people realize the importance of developing a
powerful mindset, yet most of them tend to brush it off.
Do you have a convincing argument that will get people
off the fence and get them to take action and spend
time building their mental muscle?

2) What are some of the components to developing
a powerful mindset?

3) Many people abandon their weight loss program
as soon as they experience a setback. What’s your
advice for overcoming this?

Next we put Chris in the hot seat…

1) A lot of the diet programs out there are trying to push
some advanced ’secret’ techniques. Do some of these
techniques really give people an advantage or are people
better off sticking with the fundamentals and eating all
natural, whole foods that aren’t man made?

2) What foods should be a staple in a fat loss nutrition
program?

3) Is there a certain ratio of carbohydrates/fats/proteins
that is optimal for fat loss?

4) Is there a certain percentage of compliance to a healthy
nutrition program where you really start to see great results?

5) Are there any supplements that you would recommend
that would compliment a healthy nutrition program?

Next it was time to put Craig in the hot seat…

1) Can you define Interval Training and how it differentiates
from long duration moderate pace training?

2) Can you give a sample workout routine to help the person
listening to the call get a clear picture on what interval
training is all about?

3) What are the major advantages of Interval training?

4) Are there different ways to incorporate variety in
your interval training workouts every month?

Unstoppable Motivation For Fat Loss Success

September 2nd, 2007
· Filed Under: Fat Loss Mindset

By 2015, 75% of Adults Will Be Overweight; 41% Will Be Obese. That’s a pretty scary statistic that was just released by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. In fact they are calling it a public health crisis. So are you going to accept these statistics as inevitable? Or even worse, are you going to become a part of that statistic?

I don’t think so! You’re smarter than that. You realize that the only reality is this very moment and in this very moment you have a choice to take matters into your own hands and strive for the healthy and vibrant body that you deserve.

Since we’re talking statistics here I may as well bring up one that most of us are familiar with; 95% of all people who attempt to lose weight will gain it all back and more.

Pretty depressing huh? Most people will look at that and see the odds completely stacked against them. You on the other hand are beaming with excitement and enthusiasm. You see that 5% and you are absolutely certain that’s where you belong.

Those people who can’t seem to get their focus off the 95% are afraid to set a fat loss goal because they see the chances of failing are pretty darn high. There’s no way they’ll ever tell anyone about their dream of fitting into a 2 piece bathing suit, because it would certainly be embarrassing if they don’t accomplish their goal.

I guarantee that if you are afraid of failing to reach your weight loss goal you will fail by default. The problem is that these people are basing their dreams on logic. Doesn’t that kind of take the fun out of dreaming?

Do you really want to develop the ‘Unstoppable’ motivation that will drive you towards achieving fat loss success? Did I hear a ‘YES’? Sorry what I meant to say was, “Do you really, truly, from the bottom of your heart and every ounce of your being want to learn the necessary skills to develop the type of attitude and belief that absolutely nothing in this world or any other will ever get in the way of you and your dream body?

Can I get a Hell Ya?

That’s what I’m talking about! Allow me to share with you some of my top strategies that will ignite that ‘Unstoppable’ mindset within you. I’m not going to go into detail about goal setting, visualization, and positive thinking right now because I’m sure that you’ve heard a fair amount about that lately. It’s all great stuff, but if you really want that unstoppable attitude like you said you do it’s going to take much more than that.

1. Passion – This is wear it all starts. Set your goals from your heart. Forget about what the statistics say and any of your past failures. What does your dream body look like? How bad do you want it? Why do you want it so bad? How is your life going to change once you achieve it? Think of how much passion will come into your life once you are lean and sexy.

2. Growth – Achieving your fat loss goal does not have to happen over night. Small changes add up very quickly. A great strategy is to simply be better today then you were yesterday and better tomorrow than you are today. After 6 months you will be blown away with the improvements that you’ve made. 18 months from now you could be a fitness model. It’s true!

3. Comfort Zone – In order to experience this daily growth there are times when you will have to step outside of your comfort zone. You will have to increase the intensity of your workouts, prepare food in advance, write down your goals, spend some time visualizing, pass on the dessert, and other things that have not become a habit for you just yet. Accept discomfort and expect it. It’s an opportunity for you to become better than you are today.

4. Gratitude – It’s easy to be grateful when things are going well, but I find the practice of being grateful for who you are today and for the so called failures and challenges of your past is much more powerful. Each challenge or failure provides you with the opportunity to grow and improve yourself. If you want to be happy in your body start today! Love yourself unconditionally. Be grateful for all your past experiences because they have contributed to the lean and sexy person that you are about to become.

5. Become – This could very well be the most powerful word in your vocabulary when you use it properly. For example; “I have become UNSTOPPABLE!” “I have become Joe, the chiseled guy who loves healthy foods and living the active lifestyle.”

When you ‘become’ something or someone it is no longer a hope or dream. It’s a part of who you are. You now hold these beliefs and attitudes that nothing will get in your way.

I knew that I became ‘Unstoppable’ when the alarm clock would go off at 5:00am so I could go for my morning walk, and it was no longer about fat loss. I was doing it because I loved it. It provided me with an opportunity to clear my head, plan out my day, enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping, listen to an educational audio on my Mp3 player, and more than anything it energized me first thing in the morning when I would typically be tired.

6. Fun – Research shows that the people who choose activities that they enjoy are more likely to stick to their programs for the long term. You may read a book that lays out the best fat burning workout routine and nutrition program, but if you don’t enjoy it chances are you will not stick with it.

There are so many different workout programs on the market. Experiment with them and find the ones that fit best with your lifestyle and the ones that you enjoy the most. Don’t just stick with one. You need variety and variety will keep the enjoyment of activity at a high level.

7. Role Model – You need new references, which demonstrate that achieving your dream body will happen. Seek out that 5% of the population and model their behaviors and actions. If someone tells you that your fat loss goals are unrealistic just show them a picture of your role models.

Will you join me in making sure that this recent statistic showing “By 2015, 75% of Adults Will Be Overweight; 41% Will Be Obese” never becomes a reality? After all, you deserve to be living in your dream body.
