Q) How important is the role of connective tissue when it comes to building muscle and strength?
A) This is where nearly all muscle building programs fail. They neglect to pay attention to the key factor of connective tissue. You see, you can work your muscles until you are blue in the face, but if the muscle compartments are tight there is no room for your muscles to expand and grow. I personally have had this problem with my calves. They are incredibly tight and in the past refused to grow.
