Scott, just listened to the podcast about chin-ups. Awesome. I’ve personally had no dramas doing chin-ups and I’ve been an advocate for them as a great strength building exercise, but I haven’t known how to ease my friends and family into doing them because they are so difficult to do. Well now I know. The Dip bars method and Negatives are really good ideas and I will share this with the people I train with. Cheers mate. Keep up the good work. You are doing a good thing.
