Today I am enjoying the fact that I do not have to do deadlifts for at least 8 more days. This 5 day structural attack took it’s toll on my body and now it’s time for a little R & R and feed my body some food to help it recover.

Meal 1: 3 whole eggs with salsa, 2/3 cup oatmeal with mixed berries, Prograde VGF+25 multi-vitamin, 5 grams creatine, 5 grams glutamine
