Mike Geary, the creator of The Truth About 6 Pack Abs, wrapped up this information packed interview in great style by delivering some incredible nutrition information that is absolutely crucial to the success of your fat loss program.
Of course you will never see those abs shine through without the proper nutrition to shed that layer of fat that’s covering them.
Mike shared a very interesting study about egg whites and whole eggs that really intrigued me. If you are serious about developing rock hard abs by the end of beach season I highly recommend that you listen to the incredible advice that Mike dishes out in this interview and when you are done head on over to his website to learn more:
Also be sure to read all 4 articles written by Mike which I have included below the interview series. There are some golden nuggets of fat burning info included in each of them.
Have a totally amazing day!

In your audio, you I hear a great conversationa about quality nutrition and whole foods- organic and plant based. Great information and suggestions.
Most people find nutrition to be a bit puzzling. Micro Nutrients, Macro Nutrients, good fats, bad fats, what’s good for you and what’s not. Here is a video that I found that does a great job explaining a few things.
